Therapeutic riding teaches individuals who are living with disabilities horsemanship and how to ride a horse. People of all ages with a wide range of physical, cognitive and/or emotional disabilities benefit from therapeutic horseback riding and other equine activities. Individuals gain physical, social and emotional rewards through challenging and stimulating activities all while having fun! Increases are seen in balance, strength, coordination, confidence, concentration and self-discipline. Participants ages 4 and up please! Active duty and Veterans strongly encouraged to participate!
