The trainer/instructor position offers the right candidate an incredible teaching opportunity with the potential of long-term growth. All of our riding programs are based upon the classical European principles of horsemanship, which we strive to pass on to all of our students. The trainer/instructor will be involved in riding, horse care, and instructing beginner/intermediate riders to formulate a customized training package meeting their individual needs. Daily tasks such as basic care of the horses, tacking, un-tacking, grooming, and utilizing barn management skills would also be required. The trainer/instructor we are looking to bring aboard will need to have an impeccable attitude, be self motivated, have a skilled knowledge of the field, and will have a great opportunity to advance their own riding skills. The ideal candidate requires the passion to teach and work with students, with a strong desire to excel.

This western pleasure trainer/instructor position offers the right candidate an incredible opportunity with the potential of long-term growth. The trainer/instructor will be involved in trail riding, horse care, and instructing beginner/intermediate riders supervising them on all trail rides and riding lesson preparations. Daily tasks such as basic care of the horses, tacking, un-tacking, trail supervision and maintenance, grooming, and utilizing barn management skills would also be required. The trainer/instructor we are looking to bring aboard will need to have an impeccable attitude, be self motivated, and have a skilled knowledge of the field. The ideal candidate requires the passion to teach and work with all personalities, along with a strong desire to excel.
